Benpetto Mobile Applications Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy will enter into force when the persons (Users) who will access the mobile application belonging to Benpetto install the Mobile Application on their devices. This Privacy Policy contains provisions regarding the collection, use, and processing of Users' information in order to enable users to benefit from the services within the scope of the Benpetto Mobile Application. Benpetto may unilaterally change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing it on the Mobile Application. The provisions of the Privacy Policy that Benpetto changes come into force on the date they are published in the mobile application. If users want to leave the mobile application, it will be sufficient to uninstall the application from their device.

1. Use of Information: As the Benpetto mobile application, the information that the user enters during the application usage periods is collected when needed within the application, and the device location information is not kept in the storage areas. This data is run synchronously with www.benpetto.com. In case of payment through the application, card, password, and similar information are not recorded. Payment cancellations and refunds are resolved by contacting the relevant unit within the institution.

2. Sharing of Information: As Benpetto, the user information within the Mobile Application will not be shared with third parties.

3. User Permissions: These are the permissions that must be approved by the User for the application's features to work in harmony with the device.

4. Permissions Storage Permission: This permission allows the application data to be stored in the device's memory. Location Permissions: This permission is required for meeting attendance and class roll calls to be conducted through beacon devices, and the device's location feature must be enabled. Access to real location information is not provided. Push Notification Permissions: This permission is an authorization accepted by the user to receive a new message instantly within the application.

5. BRAND AND COPYRIGHT: Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, storage, and all other unlawful acts regarding all elements (including but not limited to the design, text, images, and other codes) of the Mobile Application registered on behalf of BENPETTO SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ., will result in the user's liability in accordance with the Decree-Law No. 556 on the Protection of Trademarks, the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, and other relevant legislation. By accepting this Privacy Policy, users acknowledge, declare, and undertake to comply with the rules regarding the use of the Benpetto mobile brand and logo.
